St. Joseph’s Health Centre has a long history of service to the Guelph Wellington community offering care to the sick, the injured, the aged and the indigent beginning in 1861.

Following our tradition of adapting to changing needs and circumstances, St. Joe’s took on a new mandate in 2002. Taking up where acute hospital care ends, we now serve our community by providing outstanding residential long-term care, complex continuing care, and rehabilitation.

Our beautiful facility also offers excellent community outreach programs for area residents who, though living in their own homes, need some assistance in their day-to-day lives because age-related conditions, injury, frailty or isolation. In addition, we offer out-patient clinics and services for people of all ages.
